hi,i have a toshiba s4000cds(old laptop),I have inistaled Ubuntu. when start up,the screem little than orginal size,plz help me

When do you want it full size, when it is booting or after you log in?
During boot you can use frambuffer (best option) or in the bios you can set
screen strech to enable (I don't lke it looks blury to me)
For after you log in it will be a setting in /etc/X11/xorg.conf
