Getting OpenGL to work with an Intel Graphics Card

I have seen threads about this before; the main reason why I'm reposting something on this topic in particular is because I have an Intel graphics card which is appears to be recognized by Ubuntu (the distro I'm running), according to my lspci, yet either not running properly, or is just missing something in particular.

I need some guidance on this, as I really NEED openGL to work in this, else I will be forced to use Windoze (which, on my dual-boot, works fine with OpenGL 3.1 and below). The issue with Ubuntu is that it won't even run OpenGL 2.0 :/

Thus, what can I do about this?

My lspci:

Code:
