hi
I was trying kali and now want to go back to debian
can I do so just by changing the repos so that kali stuff is erased ?
I want a clean debian but don't want to install again

Even if changing the sources to Debian's repositories would have some effect, the best choice would still be to install Debian. I took a quick look at Kali's website. Enough to see that they have their own repositories. The packages come from Debian, but have been modified. The easiest and safest thing to do is replace the current system.

do a now install using debian7

Kali is for a VERY targeted set of users ( like the cross between 007 & abbey from ncis )

but if you are new to linux then Mint 15 might be a better option in the Debian family of OS's
