Hi i have Dell inspiron 1300 and i dont have wireless drivers and sound can some on help me ?

With regards to the wireless, guess what I found using a simple search for BCM4318 here on LQ.

im new whit Linux where can i get an easy guide whit video and the files to install plzzz :( need the laptop to work
