Hmmm
strange...

what system are you on now
linux or dindows?

If on Linux, with usb mounted
open a terminal and become root
then enter "blkid" into terminal

that's B L K I D
but not in capital letters

does it say usb UUID is 8836-09F7 ?

I'm running Windows, I have NO OTHER OPERATING System. I am trying to get Fedora on the USB. LOL

Does Disk partioning erase anything on my computer?

It will if you partition the HD.
Make sure to partition the USB

Can you load up the fedora livecd you installed to usb on?

Appearently you're forgetting everthing, I don't have a LIVECD, I used liveUSB creator to do the stuff.

Here is pretty much the EXACT error I got when trying to boot:
-----------------------------------
WARNING: Root File system is missing
Create symlinx/dev/root and then exit this shell to continue
the boot sequence

Bash: no job control in this shell
bash-4.0#
