Fedora Core 1- which monitor to choose for Toshiba Satellite A40-231
I want to install Fedora Core 1 on my Toshiba Satellite A40-231 computer.
At the beginnig of installation I couldn't decide which driver to choose for my monitor.
What is the installation selecting by default?
What is the maximum resolution that your monitor can display?
What kind of video card is in your computer?
If Fedora already recognizes your monitor, then just pick that. If it doesn't, pick a "Generic LCD Monitor" with the closest resolution to your monitor without going over.
