eeepc 900 - Slackware Xorg crash and give problems

Hi there.
I'm on a AsusTek eeepc 900, with Slackware 13.0 and a 2.6.35.3 customized kernel.
I'm working around X server without xwindow manager (until now).

After logged in and after started X (as root), if I run fluxbox from terminal all go well (rxvt, eyes and glxgears go really well), but if I run only xeyes (form a terminal: $ DISPLAY=:0 xeyes), when I close it X crash with a amazing (for me) log:
Code:
cat /var/log/Xorg.0.log.old

X.Org X Server 1.6.3
Release Date: 2009-7-31
X Protocol Version 11, Revision 0
Build Operating System: Slackware 13.0 Slackware Linux Project

This is the part that I think interesting... I don't understand it.

Something is throwing a video memory error, by the look of that. No prizes for guessing what that is. Also, as a general rule, I prefer not to have a string of things opening in xinitrc, because if one of them exits on an error or all of them exit, bad things can happen. Try
glxinfo |grep OpenGL to see how happy the video setup is. Ubuntu has this page up covering eeepcs
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/HardwareSupp...hines/Netbooks
From this

you would gather that a certain amount of shoehorning was needed to get linux happy. Slackware presumes you are able to sort things, and makes that easy, as opposed to some other distros, which seem to collect the clueless, and keep them that way.
