depends on how they authenticate
if they use their own software and you cannot just configure the info to dial in that is the most likely reason
A lot of ISP's I've delt with do not support anything but winblows
if you can configure the settings and no software is needed then lie (or if you have a win box don't) tell them you have winblows and get the info. then come back here if you need help to configure the connection
