Im considering Dell Vostro 1310 Laptop with the following configuration

Processor
Intel Core 2 Duo Processor T5670 (1.8 GHz)
(Intel 965GM Express Chipset / 2 MB L2 Cache / 800 Mhz FSB)


RAM
1GB DDR2 SD RAM (667 MHz)

Harddisk
160 GB SATA(5400RPM) -

DVD Drive
8X Double Layer DVD +R/+RW Writer

My Queries
# Is the above configuration compatible with Linux(preferably fedora flavour). Im concerned about the chipset i.e Intel 965GM Express Chipset is this compatible with linux (this comes with built in graphic card).Anybody using the same chipset based laptop ?

Can i expect any other compatibility issue ?

I've installed Linux on a 965GM chipset powered laptop before, it works great, the video chipset should be no problem with a fairly up to date distribution. Intel is very supportive of Linux, their drivers are some of the best.
