debian on IBM Thinkpad R52


I have IBM Thinkpad R52 laptop, and i just installed Debian sarge. I can't get the XFree86 working, it says that "no screens available" or something like that. I was wondering if anybody have this laptop and have an configuration for an monitor, I would really appreciate if you could help me out...thx

You could try this XF86Config-4 (it's for the R51, but it seems they both use the Radeon chip) http://www.dw-itsecurity.de/content/view/40/95. Incidentally, to see all of the warnings and errors that ocurred as X attempted to run, you could use the following (as root)
