Clevo W170HR, Fedora 17 : enable webcam

I've got problems activating the webcam on my Clevo W170HR laptop.
This was on Fedora 16 and is still on Fedora 17.

There are 2 buttons which I can use to enable the cam.
Fn-F10 and a dedicated cam-button netxt to the power-button.

Both won't work and both won't give an output in 'xev'.

I can't find which cam I have either. I guess that is because it's disabled(?).
I've asked Clevo for the command / code which the button should give, but last year they couldn't help me either.

What can I do?

No reply from Clevo yet, but it's still the first week after New Years day.

I think that the W150HR is the same laptop, but 15" instead of 17".
The camera isn't visible in `lsusb'. Is there a way to check all usb connections with software?
Of is it not visible because it isn't activated?
