Folks,
I have been dual booting laptops for years, once with UEFI which I got after a lot of pain. I have just got a new Toshiba Satellite L70 that I simply cannot boot into anything but Windows.
I have installed Linux, I can see it there if I boot into a Live USB stick. I know it's installed.
I have tried this:
https://wiki.mageia.org/en/Mageia_in...dows8_and_over
Then this

But replacing the Ubuntu stuff with Mageia directories.
I was sure that would work, but no matter what I try in coping grub into /efi/Boot or running bcdedit from Windows, it simply will not boot into anything but Windows and not even give me an option.
If anyone has any other things I could try I would be most grateful.
Many thanks!
