After wiping my laptop and installing windows 7 , i wanted to run a duel operating system. So i installed CentOS 5.5 but when i turn my laptop on and select to boot up with CentOS i get this message .
" kernel panic - not syncing : cannot execute a PAE enabled kernel on
a PAE less CPU "
Can anyone please help me to fix this . your help is greatly appreciated.
You need to boot a kernel that does not have PAE enabled, because your CPU does not support it. Do you have other kernel options on the grub menu? If so, select a regular kernel (one without -hugemem).
