boot CD in the PCMCIA->SCSI->CDROM drive

I have an laptop with a broken CDROM drive.
It does not have a USB port.

But it has a floppy drive and 2 PCMCIA slots.
I have an Adaptec PCMCIA SCSI card and a SCSI CDROM drive.

Is there any floppy based tool that will allow me to boot a bootable CD in the SCSI CDROM drive?

I tried Smart Boot Manager, it does not see the PCMCIA->SCSI->CDROM drive.

I would suggest slackware which has pcmcia support however it may not include support for you SCSI controller. BTW what is the make/model of the SCSI adapter.

www.slackware.com.
