Backtrak live cd on Asus A8jc


If anybody can explain step by step how to install Backtrak live CD to a logical drive,
and get two OS?.I has tried VMware using this cd,is working OK,but I can't install to hard drive,
installation freeze on 40%,boot using live cd,laptop stop response when a screenshot is appears
(last stage of installation).laptop Asus A8jc,using XP SP2.
Any chance for dual boot XP and Backtrak distro?
