backlight problem on pc linux os


hello,
how do I adjust the backlight brightness of my laptop in pc linux os???

What model of laptop do you have? Most use ACPI, but may need special modules.

Fn + Up/Down arrows. If you cant make any combination work try the xbacklight util by typing

xbacklight -set "the % of brightness"
