Back-up AcerAspireOne fully to a USB stick (so that it is bootable) - any ideas?

I have an AcerAspireOne running Linpus - no hard disk.

I want to create a full backup (op system and all user data) on a USB stick that is bootable in case of total loss.

I already have the BIOS on a stick (and have reflashed it successfully when the Acer Bios died!)

Has anyone been through this process and wants to share the method?

Thanks

I would think you could also use partimage from the systemrescuecd as well and just create an image of the AAO's drive.

Easy,

I do this on the 9 laptops we use for demo units. I do something slightly different, but I use a bootable usb key with dos to launch ghost off of it. From there I have another 4 GB USB that recieves/stores the image. Before I do the image I run sysprep and I am happy if its a windows box.
