According to the OpenSuse wiki the Wireless should work out of the box on 11.1
In OpenSUSE 11.1 wireless adapter should work out-of-the-box.
For OpenSUSE 11.0, install madwifi package from this repository. In Yast, choose r3725+AR5007EG version on 'Version' tab for all madwifi* packages (they require openSUSE_11.0_Update main repository to be enabled).
I have wireless working flawlessley in Debian on my Acer Aspire One, following the Debian AAO wiki.
Certainly a lot more hands on than the 'everything works out of the box Distros' but I don't mind getting my hands dirty when doing an install and the directions were very specific.
