Question adjust acpid logging?

I'm running ACPI on my laptop. The thing is that acpid logs quite a few messages (every 90-120 seconds or so) to /var/log/acpi, most of them related to the battery. Every time an even is logged the harddisk has to work. I don't like that. Is there a way to tune the logging-frequency (other than to log to /dev/null...) of acpid?
