hi there,
I have acer 4520, wanna use linux, can you tell me what distro the best for this laptop, I mean that distro have driver for all or almost hardware on my laptop, especially my wlan(atheros ar5007eg) thanks for all your help

There are four reviews of different distros for that laptop. Have a look through them. It appears to me as most distros will work. Antheros wifi cards usually work with the correct linux module modprobed, then configured.

As for which distro to pick, do some reading on this board, that is a common question. If you are new to linux, try one of the distros with a package manager ( for installing software ). ie Ubuntu, or Madriva, or Fedora. There are lots of choices.
