7200 Toshiba laptop

Hi all

I have a 7200 Toshiba laptop and I am thinking of throwing mandrake or slackware on it. Here is the hitch...

The cd rom is busted!

I also have an XP box and a Redhat box on a network. What is the best way I can go around to do this???

I know I can setup a ghost server on my xp box and push it out through the network but is there any way I can do this through Linux box???

how many partitions do you have on your laptops hard drive. if you have a partition to put the iso files in you can install from your own hard drive. or if you have broadband then you can install through http or ftp, its slow but it works. the redhat installer anaconda supports all of these ways of installing. you could also set up a ftp server or http server on one of your other computers for that matter.
