so i want to know what is the best distro for a gateway mt6840 laptop
i try different like ubuntu , pclinux os an slackware but i dont like it . help me find one that can dectect all my driver .

I hate to break it to you, but you are not giving us much to go on. What are the details of your laptop and what devices are giving you trouble?

If you would rather just keep trying distributions until you find one you like, why not try OpenSuSe, Fedora or Mandriva?
