Question Why a process is Killed by OS ?? How To know the reason?


Hi everyBody,

I want to know the reason for what the OS kills a process.
The only error ouput I saw was:

./myTest
Killed

because the program has come to the end of its time? i suppose but not sure if i understand your questions

You right, my program terminates its work af this step, and it is exiting abnormally (I now the bug), but I want to know if I can get information from the Operating Sytem about Why It sends a signal (In this case I got SIGRTMIN).
