what's this message - keymap errors?

can anyone tell me how to stop this report? Comes up very time I log into a VT:-
Code:
Keymap 0: Permission denied
Keymap 1: Permission denied
Keymap 2: Permission denied
KDSKBENT: Operation not permitted
loadkeys: could not deallocate keymap 3
I don't think it's that serious, just annoying/tedious.

I did a google search for "loadkeys: could not deallocate keymap 3" and I got quite a lot of hits. Some have solutions that might work for you.
