what to do if you delete "title" from the grub.conf file?

I am using Red HAt 9. I went to grub.conf file and while modofying, i accidently deleted "title" from the file. after rebooting only the GRUB shell is there and i cant go any further.

How can i access that file from grub shell or what else can i do?

Use redhat 9 Cd and go to rescue mode.

The system will be mounted in /mnt/sysimage/
The grub file will be available in /mnt/sysimage/boot/grub dir.
Repair it and restart

Also search LQ on grub restore and you will get a lot of information related to it.

The reason Grub has a shell is so you can boot Linux even without a working menu: Look up how to use Grub, boot into Linux as normal, and repair the file.
