Unable to install RPMs in Oracle Linux 6


I am newbie to Linux.. I am trying to install RPMs and getting the following error..

[root@r12lapps Packages]# rpm -Uvh openmotif21-2.1.30-11.el6.i686.rpm
error: Failed dependencies:
libICE.so.6 is needed by openmotif21-2.1.30-11.EL6.i686
libSM.so.6 is needed by openmotif21-2.1.30-11.EL6.i686

You have a 64 bit system but are trying to install a 32 bit package. 64 bit libraries will not satisfy dependencies for 32 bit packages, so you have either to install the dependencies also as 32 bit libraries or, better and simpler, install a 64 bit package of openmotif.
By the way, is there any reason why you don't simply use yum for installation of software?
