Suse 10.2 on ASUS M3N WS

I have to install a SafeNet HSM (PSGold) in a Linux environment as a backup system - the running version is on an IBM server with Suse 10.2 64. The HSM card has the old PCI Extended format and I found an ASUS motherboard with a PCI Extended.
The software from SafeNet (the PSGold driver e8k) requires old Suse (10.2) or RH (8).
The problem is: How to install Suse 10.2 on ASUS M3N WS - I can start installation but it fails, saying that there is no disk. I also have to shift DVD reader from SATA to USB under installation.
I have tried with IDE and SATA disks on the motherboard, with no success. Searching the net for a SATA driver for Suse 10.2 installation gives me nothing.
