setting the kernel parameter for kernstack


how to change kernel parameter kernstack to 1 and the change should be acceptable at boot and also should be visible by /proc/cmdline.

You need to pass it to the bootloader. If you're using grub, see /boot/grub/grub.cfg. If you're using another bootloader, check in the doc how to add kernel parameters.

hello dear "Mara" as your suggestion i have checked out every thing but i have not getting exact solution.

Kernstack=1

Hi

After adding it to vi /boot/grub/grub.conf after "KEYTABLE=us KERNSTACK=1" it should reflect in the /proc/cmdline after reboot.
