No additional sense information

Hi group,

Not sure this ia a kernel question bit I think it is.

I have a Debian image on a USB HDD, when I boot it up I get these very annoying message over and over.
Code:
Feb 21 13:30:28 server kernel: [ 1425.101534] Info fld=0x0
Feb 21 13:30:28 server kernel: [ 1425.101536] sd 0:0:0:0: [sda] Add. Sense: No additional sense information
Feb 21 13:30:41 server kernel: [ 1438.078662] sd 0:0:0:0: [sda] Sense Key : No Sense [current]
This makes the console useable and the messages follow the current console/VT. I have do many searches but can not find out how to stop these messages. The system does boot and I can run Xfce.

Any ideas??

Sounds like verbose kernel SCSI logging is enabled. If it is then maybe custom args (modinfo) in modprobe could help tone down verbosity else it is a compile time switch.
