Need help to Tune Network and Kernel settings

Hi,

We are getting network issue for NFS and memcached in our network. But getting difficulties to diagnose both.
We are not getting any logs in dmesg and messages. Please refer the netstat and ifconfig outputs as follow.
Please let us know if we need to change any kernel settings. We have upgraded network drivers but issue still there.

Operating system- CentOS release 5.4 (Final)
