Linux Kernel in a Nutshell

I have not built my own kernel, and I feel guilty about that, but I do tag posts here and bookmark sites that I think will be helpful when I finally decide to do the deed.

Linux Kernel in a Nutshell has been released under a Creative Commons License, and also printed by O'Reilly Books.

That means you can either buy it or download it free. A quick glance seems to indicate that it is presented at just about my level ... not a technical incompetent, but not a real wizard either. Check it out.
