kernel panic- not syncing fatal exception in interrupt


I m using centos 5.2...

every morning i m getting kernel panic- not syncing fatal exception in interrupt error and i need to restart the server to resolve this issue to fix the problem..can any body know how to fix it..

Well you need the context - have you had an upgrade recently? What is the last task in the log before the panic?
