Kernel panic: Attempted to kill init !


Hai,


My main aim is to build linux into a single floppy. i have used the busy box to creat root file sysem in the floppy. all the thing i have done succesufully but after booting from floppy i am getting the following error.

INIT : applet not found
Kernel panic : Attempted to kill init!


Can anyone give the solution to this problem the problem is with busy box i think.Plz find me some solution.

Looks like you don't have /sbin/init. Double check your busybox config and make sure that init is included.
