Kernel 3.14 - how to change graphics card?(Radeon and Intel hybrid graphics)

Hi, i have laptop with hybrid graphics(Radeon HD and Intel HD) and i use open source drivers. In kernel 3.14 developers add dynamic energy managment for hybrid graphics, so radeon card is off(cat /sys/kernel/debug/vgaswitcheroo/switch says DynOff in radeon card). How i can run application on radeon card? When i try echo ON > /sys/kernel/debug/vgaswitcheroo/switch nothing happens, radeon card is still off. How i can turn on radeon card for selected application?

Yes, but can i do this automatically? In Windows i check applications to run in radeon card, when i run this application, radeon card is waking up, when i close this application, radeon card is automatically suspend, can i do this in Linux without writing manually commands?

Not as far as I know, but I never had to deal with such a configuration personally, so I may be wrong.
