Whenever I get the message:
kernel:[214987.265398] Disabling IRQ #19

My desktop slows down and I have to reboot in order to begin running at normal speed. This occurs more when I leave the machine overnight. The OS is Debian - Squeeze (Linux mylxbox1 2.6.32-5-xen-amd64 #1 SMP Tue Jun 14 12:46:30 UTC 2011 x86_64 GNU/Linux). I am not sure it has to do with system being idle.
