Is it possible to chang the affinity of the process in /proc

I wanna to chang a running process's affinity,somebody says it could be make it by /proc.however,i don't know how and where to do experiments in /proc.
Please give a hand ,

And did you try searching here on LQ ?. Say for "affinity".
