how to load a program in target board


hi,

I am working on board LDK5910.bootloader for this target board is rrload.I want to load u-boot in to that so any one can give suggestions on how to load u-boot in target board .

And i need a nice document on Bootloader with boot sequences of a Embedded Target board .
