grub loading

good morning,
First of all i will describe to u what i have on my pc, then i will post my problem:

* I have 3 partition: 1-> windows XP
2-> windows XP
3-> for DATA

* My problem is that: after installing red hat enterprise 4 on my pc, on the second partition, and when i have restarted my computer, this message "GRUB loading stage2...." has been shown, and it still like that without passing for any other step.

boot again using the Red hat cd and go to recovery mode. Then paste the output of
#fdisk -l
and your grub.conf file
