Question ftp 425 failed to establish connection linux

Hello Folks,

I am getting this error(425 failed to establish connection) while trying to do ftp using user1 whose home dir is on nfs share. It is working fine if I try to download files via user2(home dir is on ftp host only)

#
SELNIX disabled.
ALL open on firewall.

#
details :
I am using Centos, x86-64 bit(2.6.32-279.22.1.el6.x86_64)

#
user1 home dir is shared from nfs node i.e /nfs-data/user1 and mounted on ftp node.

#
user2 home dir is on ftp server only i.e /home/user2

ftp node : /nfs-data/user1/test.txt
/home/user2/test2.txt

nfs node : /nfs-data/user1

Can you please guide, what can be done to get rid of this error.
