fsstress test

hi guys ,
I have used fsstress test and run it on ARM Target.
How could I figure out the test results? It seems that the data created by this test is meaningless. also fsstress test hangs and never stop unless using (ctrl _c) , it seems that the test will continue running 4 ever .
Any suggestions?
thanks in advance.

The answer to the first and probably also the second question is the manual http://www.cs.duke.edu/ari/fstress/download/manual.pdf.

If you have the same problems after reading it, ask specific questions. E.g. what part of the results you don't understand, how you run the test so that it is hanging, what did you find in the log files etc.

I have run the test on "adb shell " after compiling the ltp(linux test project) package to ARM target.
I have executed this command to run the test " ./fsstress -d data/local/tmp -l 2 -n 100000 -p 4 -r -X -v "
p : number of processes .
n : number of operations .
l : number of loops for each processes .

the problem is that I don't know how to figure out the result ,, since the test dose not print any statement that report test status ,, it just create directories and files ,, here is sample output:
eed = 1451042448
3/0: creat f0XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX x:0 0 0
3/1: link f0XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX f1XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX 0
3/2: write f1XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX [27922,102900] 0
3/3: rename f0XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX to f2XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX 2
3/4: creat f3XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX x:0 0 0
3/5: rmdir - no directory
3/6: write f3XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX [309039,58296] 0
3/7: creat f4X x:0 0 0
2/0: mkdir d0 0
2/1: symlink d0/l1 0
2/2: symlink d0/l2X 0
2/3: write - no filename
2/4: rmdir d0 39
2/5: mknod d0/c3XXXXXXXX 0
2/6: mkdir d0/d4XXXXXXXX 0
2/7: getdents d0/d4XXXXXXXX 0
2/8: stat d0/c3XXXXXXXX 0
2/9: mknod d0/c5XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX 0

how to analyse this ?
and when I increased the number of operations (eg : -n 10000000) it seems that the test will continue running and never stop .

That looks like a good question now

And I apologize, but I looked at the user manual for a different tool named fstress. Yours is fsstress. Documentation for fsstress is not that easy to find. So I have no immediate answer.
