I developped driver for a pci board for kernel 2.6
Now my firm want to make the board with pci express,. There is a difference in the driver programming between pci and pci express or is it the same code?

Drivers for PCI-Express devices work exactly the same; the PCI-Express stuff is handled by the built-in bus driver.
