devfs not mounted (kernel 2.6.24.5-grsec)

Hi.

I have been trying to update my server kernel from 2.6.18.6-amd64 -> 2.6.24.5-grsec (amd64), but every time i compile kernel and reboot i stuck in start this same error:

initrd-tools: 0.1.84.2
mount: unknown filesystem type 'devfs'
SCSI subsystem initialized
umount: devfs: not mounted
mount: wrong fs type, bad option, bad superblock on tmpfs, missing codepage or other error. In some cases useful info is found in syslog - try dmesg | tail or so
mknow: dev2/root: Read-only file system
umount: /dev2: not mounted
mount: unknown filesystem type 'devfs'
etc...

I readed that devfs have been removed from some 2.6.xx kernel version and replaced with udev. I have been reinstalled udev etc.. but nothing works. I have been fighting with this thing now 3 days and readed google all time and i out of ideas now.

bootloader is grub and there is no any devfs lines on fstab.

- Thanks
