Code coverage for Linux kernel and drivers

Hello all,

I am looking for a good code coverage tool to use on our customized Linux kernel 2.6.21 (and above) and drivers. I want to ensure all the if-else conditions are covered, no inaccessible areas in the code. We wish to show our customer that we our code has great quality.

Any recommendations?
