Alt+PrtScr+B doesn't work

Hi all. I'm using Alt+PrtScr+REISUB in various cases, and it appears that REISU works, while B doesn't. Is there anything extra that should be enabled in the kernel for this key to work?

Well, the link doesn't have anything new.
After some experimentation it appeared that after REISU i have to release PrtScr, and only then Alt+PrtScr+B will work.
