Hey you lot. After a long break I thought I'd make a go for Linux again. Of course with my Dolphin 9.0 with a 2.4.19 kernel. I know it is going to be hard. I had written my problems before. I downloaded cxacru and rp-ppoe and everything but there is no way that I can run my P630-C1 ADSL modem in linux.

So does anyone kno how to successfully connect a P630-C1 on 2.4.x?

I also have another thread in this forum that explains my problem. You'll get it if you look under my name I guess. I can't post the URL right now because I haven't got 5 posts. Thank you.

Why don't you obtain a distro that is more ... up to date? Dolphin-Drake was about three years ago wasn't it? They've improved since then. Anyway - one thing that is much better with recent kernels is the usb support - wot you will need for that modem.
