Xserver Warnings + Errors w/AGP x2 ATI


I get the following error messages when I exit XFCE my default desktop running slackware12 Default install kernel:

Xfce-mcs-manager: Fatal l0 error11
(Resource temporarily unavailable) on Xserver:0.0

Waitinf for Xserver to shutdown Free fontPath:FPE "/usr/share/fonts/misc" ref count is 2, should be 1;fixing

Trigerin udev Events sbin/udev trigger httpd could not reliably determine the servers fully qualified domanin name using 127.0.0.1 for server name

(xfwm4:3355): Warning**:The display doesnot support the Xcomposite extension Compositing manager disabled
Error: No running window found

What does this mean? I am successfully using ATI Rage 128 Pro Ultra AGP x2, 32mb SDR,SGRAM1:1/SDRAM,ATI2DRAA DRV, Release ver 6.60-010926m-1476C-ATI in win98se pc100, 640MB w/ a Synaps 20.1" SXGA+ LCD 1600x1200@ vertical 60hz (non-Interlaced) No driver software .. DualBoot Machine

How do I modprobe video card?
