Xpert Tv - Pvr 7134


Hi I am trying to get this card working under Fc4 without much luck:

dmemsg is quite helpful but I'm not sure where to go from gere - anyone got any thoughts~

dmesg is telling you that the module saa7134 cannot identify your card.
lspci may help you identify what your card is, but I expect that saa7134 has already tried this or something similar.
Otherwise you could try:

modprobe saa7134 card=1
modprobe saa7134 card=2
.
.
.modprobe saa7134 card=55

until you get a result (or not!)

Did you solve the problem ???

I have the same tv-card and no matter what card design or tuner i choose it wont run

ok to get this card working (works for tvtime) as root

rmmod saa7134

then type

modprobe -v saa7134 card=5

next run tvtime-scanner... after a while it should pick up channels
