XFX 7300gt on suse 10.2


hello i'm having trouble installing this card in suse , downloaded the driver from th e nvdia page , it said i needed 2 more drivers, did that trough yast , and no 3d tried to install again the driver nogo. It said something about a recompiling the drive and that i don not have CC or something like that installed, I'm doing something wrong?
i'm going to delete my windows inst. this weekend, and install suse on the nvidia "raid" to see what happens. thank in advance for any help.

Excuse me for the poor explanation. = ) i'll try to write it all down again.
