put the stick in then do a su dmesg look at what the kernel says. then if it puts it on sda1 then in your then edit your /etc/fstab and make the folder where you edit it to lihere is mine.
/dev/sda1 /mnt/sda1 auto noauto,users,owner,rw 0 0
