Xconfigurator settings for Sun 24" Monitor?

I have a new IBM 235 with 4 xeon processors which I
wish to display on my Sun 24" monitor. I have tried
many combinations in the Xcongiurator (Redhat 7.3)
and never can get it right. I THINK I have 8mb of
video ram but am not sure. Is anyone running a
24" Sun monitor and can help me set it?

hi jag@cadence.com, welcome to lq. we'll need the model # of the monitor, and the chipset of the video card to be of much assistance. you need to know the verticle and horizontal refresh rates of the monitor, as well as the chipset of the video card for driver selection in addition to the memory. hope that helps, if you'll post some more specs, i'll try and help you track down the info.
good luck.
